I've been trying something new since I started running again....I drink half a packet of E&E and I can totally tell the difference in energy.
My pace is getting better each time and I am attributing that to the PiYo workout program. This is the first year I've run and done PiYo.
My joints aren't as tight and my body is more fluid as I run. Plus my recovery doesn't take as long.
I'm thinking of starting a 5k challenge training group. Would include fitness, nutrition and training plan.
I'm still working on the details. It would be for all levels...and you could do it on your own schedule.
Does that sound like something you may be interested in?
