I'm trying to vary things with my sweaty sessions. I have work out a.d.d and need to be continually stimulated otherwise I will get bored and yawn during the workout. squiiiirrrwl
So my goal this week is to do Krav Maga twice, hit the treadmill once and do at least 2 workouts from this on demand app on my TV... Its super super cool.
I used to always think that sweating was so gross. But now I welcome the sweat from a good workout. However, I do not welcome the sweat from the 110 degrees outside.
